So before i start, here's a glimpse of how I review all the various coffee joints that i go to. What's most important to me is the taste of the coffee - whether it gives the boldness of the coffee, the type of sugar that they provide, availability of low fat option. Second is the variety of creations beyond just the normal suspects. Thirdly would be the overall experience in terms of ambience, type of cups used and value as compared to price paid.
In each review I would also call out what are the must haves whenever you're thinking of getting coffee at the place.
